Arrival
The rooms are ready for occupancy at 2 o’clock.

Departure
Checking out the room until 11 o’clock.

Payment
You can pay at the end of your stay cash, with credit card or cash card.

Spa-department
Our spa-department is in the lower basement. Please arrange an appointment with one of our therapists or at the reception desk.

Kidney dialysis
Opposite our hotel is a clinical practice.

Bicycles
You can park your bike in our garage and use the air pump and repairing equipment.

The main door
You can open the main door entrance with your room key after 9 o’clock pm. Please lock the door.

Dogs
We charge € 5,00 extra per day for your darling. We hope you understand that pets aren’t allowed in the breakfast room.

Internet
You can use wireless lan for free (at no charge).

Visitor's tax
The tax amounts to € 1,60 daily per person. You pay at the end of your stay together with the entire bill.

Parking
Parking without any extra charges.

Smoking
Our hotel is a non smoking hotel, within the entire hotel area smoking is not permitted.

Terms of cancellation
We do not charge for cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
Then 80 % of the all round price will be charged. To save us and yourself a lot of troubles please contact us in sufficient time.
We will gladly give you documents and information about an insurance in case of withdrawing your holiday.
